Interest Rate Methodology

Closed rate and APR assume a rate and term refinance of a single family detached owner-occupied primary residence, and a minimum FICO score of 760. Situations vary based on applicant.
We publish the rates that reflect the option closest to one point in total cost. We refer to “total cost” as the combination of the CCL origination charge combined with the lender’s cost for its rate.
